Swing Leaf Whiteboards

Swing Leaf Whiteboards

Swing leaf whiteboards for sale in South Africa from Bestboard, a Johannesburg manufacturer trading since 1996. A swing leaf whiteboard is a wall-mounted 7-surface expandable whiteboard system. A fixed centre panel sits between two fixed outer panels, with two double-sided swing flaps hinged where the centre panel meets each outer panel. The flaps rotate either way, so when a surface fills up you swing a fresh one into use and keep writing without stopping to erase. Every board gives you double its wall space in writing surface: from 4.32 square metres on a 900mm x 2400mm wall span for the 900mm x 1200mm, up to 11.52 square metres on a 1200mm x 4800mm wall span for the 1200mm x 2400mm. Priced from R7,200 for the 900mm x 1200mm non-magnetic up to R14,500 for the 1200mm x 2400mm magnetic. Free delivery nationwide.

Magnetic vs Non-Magnetic Swing Leaf Whiteboards

Non-magnetic swing leaf boards have a standard dry-erase surface on every panel, the more affordable option for schools, training centres and offices where magnets are not required. Magnetic swing leaf boards have an imported steel-backed whiteboard surface on every panel that holds magnets, allowing you to attach printed documents, notes and visual aids directly to any surface alongside your writing. For training centres and classrooms where teachers regularly display printed materials, the magnetic model is the better choice.

Choosing the Right Size

The 900mm x 1200mm is the most compact option, suited to smaller classrooms and training rooms where wall space is limited but you still need significantly more writing surface than a standard board. The 900mm x 1500mm and 900mm x 1800mm offer the 900mm height in longer lengths. The 1200mm x 1500mm and 1200mm x 1800mm are the most popular sizes for standard South African classrooms and corporate training rooms. The 1200mm x 2400mm is the largest in the range, giving 11.52 square metres of writing surface, designed for large classrooms, lecture halls and training facilities where writing sessions run long and stopping to erase breaks momentum. Lines and squares are available as optional extras on all sizes.
